"Monarkhiya" was the first star federal-scale brand in the portfolio, widely recognized thanks to a successful rebranding in 2008. Initially, the brand was positioned under the slogan "Absolute Monarchy. Your Desires are the Law", emphasizing its premium quality and special status.
Change in Positioning (Rebranding)
After rethinking its strategy, the new positioning associated the brand with Russia’s historical heritage, presenting it as "vodka by the recipe of Catherine the Great." This concept highlighted the brand’s deep roots in Russian culture and its connection to a Great Era.
Development of a Brand Book and Marketing Activities
To strengthen the brand’s new identity, a brand book was created describing the key attributes and standards of visual style, advertising, and marketing materials. Promotion followed a clearly developed program until 2013, including active advertising campaigns and special events aimed at reinforcing "Monarkhiya" as the heir to great traditions.

These professionals became the foundation for building an effective team whose task was to increase brand awareness and promote it in the market.
2. Rebranding Process and the Development of the "Bars Family Territory" Concept (2021)
In 2021, we launched a deep rebranding process for the BARS brand. The new concept included not only a visual identity redesign but also the creation of a unique customer value proposition, which helped the company stand out among competitors. The "Family Territory" concept became the cornerstone of Bars Auto Holding’s brand development and promotion strategy.
3. Brand Promotion and Remote Team Management
Since the beginning of our cooperation and to this day, our agency has been providing Bars Auto Holding with ongoing consulting services in internet marketing and branding. We help the company adapt to changing market trends, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve the overall effectiveness of its promotion strategies.
